Dave Wilkinson was born in the UK where he had an exemplary 25-year career as a Detective Officer in the British Police Service. He retired from the police in 1992 and set up a successful legal consulting business. While working as a consultant, Dave went back to school and completed a Masters degree in Strategic Management at the University of Central England. Dave moved to Morden with his wife in 2003 and his early interest in fossils as a boy was revitalized when he visited CFDC. He could see the enormous potential for a new museum for CFDC and he now serves as the Executive Director. Dave's passion is the creation of a new museum for Morden’s great collection of marine-reptile fossils and he aims to realize that vision soon.
