As Mayor of the Town of Morden, I am delighted to extend greetings to everyone participating in the “Chautauqua Spirit” events throughout 2008. Morden is very proud to be designated a 2008 Cultural Capital of Canada. Congratulations to the dedicated performers, organizers, sponsors and volunteers who make the events a success.
