Nancy Penner brings her experience in program development and event planning to the position of Project Coordinator for Chautauqua Spirit. As overall manager of the business plan, Nancy reports to Council to ensure the overall success of the Project. Nancy has a diverse background in financial management and leadership, having held positions of Executive Manager of a producer / commodity group and as Co-ordinator of a two-day Ag Show. Nancy has broad-based experience within community organizations and is a supporter of community events through her volunteer commitments. She has served as a board member and chair of the Morden Area Foundation, member of the Corn & Apple Festival pageant committee and member and past chair of the Morden Horticultural Society. Nancy is a Certified Agriculture Farm Advisor.
