Diversity Days: Youth FOLK LIFE Camp

These summer camps helped young people appreciate the folk-life that has contributed so much to our Morden Mosaic. Diversity Days explored the food, history, folklore, clothing, and dances of each heritage group. Both camps were run by the Pembina Hills Arts Centre.

Camp #1 July 28th to August 1st, 2008

This camp featured the German/Dutch and Celtic Cultures. The instructors were; Kristen Ching dealing with Art and Viktoria Schaefer covering Music, Language & Literature. The camp was FREE.

Camp #2 August 5th to 8th, 2008

This camp featured the French and Metis Cultures
The instructors were; Tom & Lori Neufeld dealing with Art and Robert Hogue covering Music, Language & Literature. The Camp was FREE.
