Wes Hamm, the Music Events Manager for “Chautauqua Spirit,” is well known and respected in Southern Manitoba as a music instructor and director. Wes is a founder of the Back 40 Folk Festival and a past-president of the Morden Festival of the Arts. He also is active as the director of various church and community choirs. Wes has high-level management skills, having served as director for the Winkler Day Care Centre for 11 years, with responsibilities for administration, accounting, staff supervision, program management, and parent relations.
